Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of GreenRoots Castro Valley Landscaping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our landscaping services.
Services Provided
GreenRoots Castro Valley Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, labor requirements, and site conditions. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust estimates if unforeseen conditions arise during the project.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to finance charges.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For ongoing maintenance contracts, 30 days written notice is required for cancellation.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide clear access to work areas and ensure that pets are secured during service visits. You are responsible for marking underground utilities, sprinkler lines, and other hidden hazards before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground features.
Warranty and Liability
We stand behind the quality of our work. Plant materials are typically guaranteed for 30 days from installation, subject to proper watering and care. Hardscaping and construction work is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for one year. We are not liable for plant loss due to weather conditions, pests, disease, or improper maintenance.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
